内容简介：

美国密歇根大学在全美排名15位，在QS世界大学排名23位，尤其在推动研究型教学与科教融合方面卓有成效，并为世界高等教育带来巨大影响。来自密歇根大学的Erping Zhu教授将与大家共同研讨教学过程中的师生互动，并通过对多种教学设计模式的探索，讲授如何对学生进行正确的评价与反馈，使其获得终身学习技能，以及如何针对学科特色，选择以学生为中心的最有效的教学实践。

In this seminar, we will discuss dynamics in teaching and learning and roles of instructor and students. Through exploring the alternative course design model, you will learn how to clarify student-learning outcomes, provide students with various kinds of feedback in the learning process, and engage them in actively acquiring life-long learning skills. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss what specific student-centered teaching practices seem most appropriate for teaching in their disciplines.

主讲嘉宾：Erping Zhu，美国密歇根大学教与学中心副主任，主要研究领域为技术与教学、教学学术、以及在线教学。参与密歇根大学技术单位教学服务项目，协同创立教学创新奖等教学奖励，并联合发起中国教与学研究中心。

Erping Zhu is an assistant director for instructional technology initiatives at CRLT. Her research focuses on technology and teaching, scholarship of teaching, and online learning and instruction. She collaborates with colleagues from U-M technology units to provide services and programs to faculty, and coordinates the Teaching Innovation Prize and other teaching awards. Dr. Zhu also coordinates CRLT’s China initiatives.
